We made this tray in 2014 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Cobre Copper. It was inspired by an Arts & Crafts tray and artist Anselmo Miranda has made a beautiful rendition. We first saw this bowl in the dining room at the much lovdd Greene and Green Gamble Home Museum in Pasadena, California. Grueby Faience Company was founded in 1894 by William Grueby who was inspired by French pottery matte glazes, particularly the cucumber green that became the company's hallmark, and the refined simplicity of Japanese ceramics.
