These hand-hammered copper boxes were inspired by the "Roycrofters", a collective of turn-of-the-20th century craftsmen active in upstate Aurora, New York.  They developed numerous collectible metal pieces and a large body of work.  They're practical and make great gifts too!

    Albert Berry (1880-1949) immigrated from England at a young age and studied at the Rhode Island School of Design. After years of work in design he moved to Alaska and worked as a miner. The natural beauty of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest fascinated him. His work was heavily influenced by Alaskan and Northwest motifs which made his Arts and Crafts copperwork unique.
