We do not intercept shipments.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival for missing or damaged goods. You must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt. We cannot accept product for return that has been damaged, altered or is unsatisfactory for resale (except for product that has been damaged in shipment). If product has been damaged in shipment, you must save the box and the original packing material. You must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt so we can begin the claim process.
Should you wish to return product other than damaged goods, you must notify us with 15 days upon receipt and obtain our pre-authorization. Once you have our pre-authorization, you are responsible for carefully re-wrapping the product , sealing the box, and arranging the return of the package (fully insured) to Susan Hebert Imports, 1801 NW Upshur St. #390, Portland, OR, 97209.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product at our facility, we will refund the product cost to your credit card (not including shipping expense). Items returned without pre-authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
