Stickley Hand-Hammered Copper Home Accents
|
Gustav Stickley (1858-1942) is recognized as one of the originators of mission style design. Through his furniture and his publication "The Craftsman", Stickley promoted a style that emphasized handcraft and simplicity. At the same time, a Stickley piece was designed to be sturdy, functional and affordable. Justly famous for his quarter-sawn oak furniture, Stickley was also known for his metalwork designs. Like the furniture, these designs embodied handcrafted simplicity. Cobre Hand-Hammered Copper shares the design values that Stickley championed. Our copper pieces make beautiful home accents, perfect for mission style decor. |
