About Shipping!
Standard UPS Ground shipping is our method of shipping in the continental U.S. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Costs for packing and UPS charges are automatically calculated and added to your order so you can see the amount before you checkout.
Need expedited shipping? UPS 1-Day, UPS 2-Day and 3-Day shipping options are also available for your selection during check out.
ABOUT UPS EXPEDITED SHIPPING (1 day, 2 day, 3 day):
- UPS does not deliver on Saturdays except for certain LARGE urban areas so we do not recommend Saturday delivery.
- UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
- UPS does not count the day we ship in their delivery formula. For example, if we ship on Monday UPS 3 day service, UPS counts the 3 business days as Tuesday, Wednesday and delivery is on Thursday.

International Shipping!
Need shipping outside the continental U.S.? E-mail us at susan@ecobre.com with the item number of the product you wish to buy and the destination, and we will send you a quote for the shipping. We typically use the US Postal Service for international shipping as their service is quick (5-7 business days) and economical.
Returns Policy!
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival for missing or damaged goods. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive any adjustment.
We cannot accept product for return that has been damaged, altered or is unsatisfactory for resale (except for product that has been damaged in shipment)!
If product has been damaged in shipment, you must save the box and the original packing material. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can arrange for UPS to process the claim. Please follow this procedure!
Should you wish to return something other than damaged goods, please follow the procedure outlined above. You are responsible for carefully re-wrapping the product and sealing the box, arranging with your local UPS store to return the package (fully insured) to Susan Hebert Imports, 1231 NW Hoyt St. #B5, Portland, OR, 97209.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product at our facility, we will refund the product cost to your credit card. (This does not include any shipping and handling fees).
